Most of us wants to have or own pets but which are better for our health? Here's the answers to our questions. I read this article and I'm happy about what I read. Now I'm sharing this to all of you.
Dogs are good for...
1. Boosting your mood. More than 80 percent of new owners report feeling happier.
2. Making friends. British researchers found that owners who walk their dogs meet a lot of new people.
3. Losing weight. Dog walkers lose an average of 14 pounds in a year, a University of Missouri study says.
Cats are good for...
1. Helping you chill. Most owners say their cats help them relax.
2. Protecting your heart. A recent study shows that a cat owners are 40 percent less likely to die of heart attack than those without cats.
3.Ditching asthma. Columbia University researchers say, kids with cats may get an immunity boost.

I have no pets in my home, but I like pets !
I want a cat but Im just concerned about all the fur, Im a clean freak and cant stand any type of hair anywhere! But maybe Ill change my mind if I see a cutie in the pet shop :P
