As a parent we all want what is best for our child. Our child's health is our first priority. We make sure we have what they need. When they are sick we take care of them. We encourage them to eat healthy foods such as vegetables and fruits. We are so busy that we don't even think how we treat our body? When was the last time we think for our self? Sounds selfish right? But think about it, how are we going to take care our family or our child if we are unhealthy? We have to be healthy as well, in my opinion we should take care our self the way we take care our child. If we are healthy we can accomplish more task and we can be more active. There will be more play time for our baby's. If we are healthy they are healthy!
