Test Your Arch

I posted about feet and there are tips what shoes you need to wear according to your feet arch. Now do this quick wet test to determine the shape of your foot and your arch type.

Here's how: Thoroughly wet the bare bottom of your feet, then step onto the paper bag or a piece of of heavy, colored paper.
