Prepare Your Potato Right

However you make your potato don't cut in small pieces. Cutting the potatoes in small pieces before boiling means less time to cook but it also cut their potassium content by as much as 50%. Boiling it as whole will saved nutrients like magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, iron, and zinc. Potassium help the body regulate blood pressure, heart rate, nerve and muscle function, everyone needs it.
