Three Drinks to Start Your Day

Drink one of this three in the morning to wash down your oatmeal and enjoy it's benefits. I'm talking about orange juice, coffee and apple juice.

Orange juice. A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that orange juice might lessen the joint inflammation because of its beta-cryptoxanthin. It is also contain anti-inflammatory vitamin C.

Coffee. Research in the American Journal of Epidemiology revealed coffee might improve insulin sensitivity.

Apple Juice. According to a report in Journal of Alzheimer's Disease, apple juice contains the brain-boosting chemical acetylcholine to feed memory and increase learning skills.
