Whatever your work the truth is most of us come into contact with many people throughout the day. Washing hands frequently is the most obvious safety measure. use a regular soap than antibacterial soaps as health experts speculate cleaning everything with antibacterial products may be making bacteria grow stronger. Always carry a pen with you so you avoid borrowing other people's pens. Last but not the least keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer in your bag.

Thanks for the advice Ria. As Ces would tell me, wash your hands till your blue in the face. I know it's an exageration, but it's true that we do need to wash our hands whenever we have a chance.
Some people probably don't even wash hands after they are done in the toilet.
