Take A Deep Breath

The standard advice for soothing stress is to take a deep breath. It appears to help you in more ways than one. A new study in the journal Allergy found that feeling pressured or anxious raises your risk of developing asthma threefold. Chronic stress may heighten the immune system's response to allergens, which causes lung inflammation, say researchers. A few minutes of slow, rhythmic breathing will keep you calm and centered when things get crazy.

Yes, taking a deep breath and exhaling all the stale air in the body helps relieve the body of many toxins and sickness. Right breathing with nutritious food and regular exercise will go a long way in maintaining a healthy body, Thanks for the post. God bless you always.
